The Faces of the Huon community cultural arts project uncovers and celebrates stories of diversity and harmony in the southernmost part of Tasmania.
Created for Harmony Week as part of the Huon Beings series, the project is the culmination of a series of interviews with local residents from a variety of backgrounds.
The collection of intimate portraits and musings captured by Tasmania-based artist and photographer Andrew Wilson are an invitation to think and talk about what it means to be part of a community.
Follow Huon Beings on Instagram or YouTube to view the artworks digitally and uncover more stories from residents throughout the Valley.
Funding for this project was from the State Government Multicultural Grants Program.
