The lease for the Cygnet Caravan Park is due for renewal in June 2020. The park is operated on land owned by Huon Valley Council and the Crown, and has been leased to various private third-party operators since 2004.
To assist the Council, we are seeking your feedback on the current use of the site as well as any key considerations for its future operations. It would then be the Council’s intention to publicly seek Expressions of Interest for use of the site.
