The Glen Huon Playground located on Glen Huon Road is due for replacement in accordance with Council’s Asset Renewal Schedule.
Replacement of equipment will ensure that the equipment meets all current Australia Standards and offers more opportunities for play and interaction.
Following Community Engagement in 2021 a Council Report was presented at the Ordinary Council Meeting June 2021.
The pictures below indicated the new playground equipment and location.
A part of the engagement to community expressed the desire to have a fence surrounding the park given its location to the main road. This part of the upgrade was completed in late 2021
