A section of Wilmot Road was nominated as part of the Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program to provide a footpath along the Huonville Recreation Ground from the Huonville High School, linking down to the existing footpath along Wilmot Road.
Works were completed in April 2022 and included the installation of enclosed drainage, a footpath and kerb & gutter.
Preliminary work has started on the Wilmot Road Stormwater and Footpath upgrade project with the contractor commencing the survey of the site. Drainage pipes have been delivered and we are expecting works to commence from late February with approximately 8 weeks.
