This session will help you strengthen the quality of attention, guiding you towards more mindful and caring relationships.
We will be learning and practicing the skills of Empathy and Self Empathy. Empathy is both a skill and an experience – something we do and something we feel. While some aspects of Empathy may come naturally, empathy is also a conscious choice to be curious, open minded and fully present with ourselves and others. Moving from a stance of conflict to connection is more likely when we truly feel heard.
