A diverse group of people engaging in a painting class at a table. An instructor is standing, guiding them. Art supplies, such as paints and brushes, are scattered on the table. A small still-life painting is displayed on an easel. Indoor plants in the background.

You’re warmly invited to attend our half-day workshop ‘Me, myself and I’ with Creative Arts Therapist, Imogen. This workshop provides the opportunity to connect with other people in your community that have been impacted by cancer and learn some self-care strategies whilst exploring a new skill.

Art therapy uses a range of artistic modalities and materials in addition to verbal approaches.

This workshop is free for anyone impacted by cancer including the person diagnosed, carers and loved one. Participants do not need any prior art-making knowledge or skill.

Registrations are essential as numbers are limited.
