The Role

As our Administration Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of Council, while managing crucial information systems that keep our organisation running smoothly. Your day will include:

  • Creating positive first impressions through front counter and phone interactions
  • Processing development applications and managing financial transactions
  • Maintaining our document management systems with precision and care
  • Supporting staff across Council with information management expertise
  • Managing Land Information Certificates and other essential Council documents

What you’ll bring

  • A natural flair for customer service and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to master specialised systems
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
