The Role
Lead our civil works crews and help shape our valley’s infrastructure. You will:
- Coordinate daily operations and multiple work crews
- Plan and monitor maintenance programs
- Manage project budgets and contractors
- Ensure quality and safety standards
- Be the key contact for civil works questions
- Work both outdoors and in the office

What You will Bring:
- Experience in road construction and maintenance
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Project management capabilities
- Understanding of safety in construction
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills for reporting and planning
- Customer service focus
- Current driver’s license
