The Role

Lead our civil works crews and help shape our valley’s infrastructure.  You will:

  • Coordinate daily operations and multiple work crews
  • Plan and monitor maintenance programs
  • Manage project budgets and contractors
  • Ensure quality and safety standards
  • Be the key contact for civil works questions
  • Work both outdoors and in the office

What You will Bring:

  • Experience in road construction and maintenance
  • Leadership skills and team management experience
  • Project management capabilities
  • Understanding of safety in construction
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Computer skills for reporting and planning
  • Customer service focus
  • Current driver’s license
  • White Card
