The Role
As the Legal and Governance Administrator for the Office of General Counsel, you will be the linchpin of our operations, providing high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of our legal services. In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for the Office of General Counsel, managing inquiries and referrals with professionalism and discretion
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Manage and maintain critical information systems and registers

Skills & Experience
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- Proven experience in high-level administrative support, preferably in a legal or government environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and information management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
