Develop and deliver strategic environmental actions and outcomes throughout the Valley

- Permanent full-time position, with flexible working arrangements, including working from home
- Total salary package from $114,000 to $128,000 (inclusive of 14.5% Employer Superannuation)
The Role

In this role, you will:
- Guide our organisation in key areas of climate change and natural resource management
- Align environmental initiatives with regional development and community wellbeing
- Lead the Environmental Sustainability Team
- Develop and implement strategic plans and projects
- Advocate and influence external and internal stakeholders to achieve the Community’s vision

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong background in natural and climate sciences
- Excel at building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
- Be an effective communicator with the ability to influence and persuade
- Show leadership in driving continuous improvement and innovation
