  • Total salary package from $114,000 to $128,000 (inclusive of 14.5% Employer Superannuation)

In this role, you will:

  • Guide our organisation in key areas of climate change and natural resource management
  • Align environmental initiatives with regional development and community wellbeing
  • Lead the Environmental Sustainability Team
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and projects
  • Advocate and influence external and internal stakeholders to achieve the Community’s vision

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong background in natural and climate sciences
  • Excel at building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Be an effective communicator with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Show leadership in driving continuous improvement and innovation
