- A total remuneration package ranging between $122,000 and $135,000 (including 14.5% employer superannuation and a commuter use of Council vehicle)

In this position, you will:
- Lead the Property and Recreation Services Unit, driving innovative management strategies
- Develop and coordinate resources aligned with Council’s strategic vision
- Oversee the efficient operation of commercial sports facilities and council properties
- Engage with community groups to maximise facility utilisation and satisfaction
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery

- Have proven experience in managing public facilities and recreational services
