The Role

Join our enthusiastic and inclusive People and Safety team as the People and Development Advisor.  You will:

  • Be a friendly face and expert voice for all things HR, supporting our team and management,
  • Run end to end recruitment to attract and onboard top talent, and provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates,
  • Take the lead on providing the organisation with a learning and development program that makes a difference,
  • Foster a workplace culture that is all about collaboration, growth, and our shared values.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A solid background in HR, whether that’s formal education or hands-on experience, in particularly with learning and development programs,
  • The ability to organise your own workload, using initiative and good judgement,
  • A way with words and people that turns tricky conversations into positive outcomes,
  • A love for technology that makes working with Microsoft 365 and HR software a breeze,
  • A can do and will do attitude, with exceptional communications skills that can influence and persuade with the best of them.
