The Role

As the Planning Administration Officer you will:

  • Deliver first-class administrative support to the Planning Team
  • Provide guidance on planning procedures and processes
  • Execute specialised administrative duties crucial to Planning functions
  • Manage and maintain various databases and digital systems crucial to planning processes

While planning knowledge is beneficial, we value candidates with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Exceptional administrative skills with proven efficiency and attention to detail
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick aptitude for learning new systems and processes
  • Ability to efficiently organise and prioritise tasks
  • A positive attitude and ability to work successfully in a team
