We’re pleased to introduce a simpler way to book community spaces across the Huon Valley, with the launch of our new online booking platform, SpacetoCo.
Community members can now easily book the Huonville Town Hall, Huon Valley Hub, and Palais Theatre through this user-friendly system.
The new platform responds directly to community feedback, eliminating the need for multiple communications with booking officers. You can now view availability, make bookings and payments in one streamlined process.
SpacetoCo offers convenient features for all users:
• Real-time availability checking
• Simple online booking and payment
• Digital document uploads for insurance and licenses
• Automated monthly invoicing for regular bookings
This initial rollout covers three of our most-used facilities, with plans to expand to more community spaces in the future.
